1. Use of the Service

ResumeSparkAI provides AI-powered tools to help users create resumes, cover letters, and related career documents. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial job search purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent content through our tools
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Service
• Use automated scripts or bots to access or scrape the Service
• Resell or commercially exploit the outputs of our tools without our written permission

2. Free and Paid Plans

The Service is offered under a free tier and paid Pro plan. The free tier provides access to our basic resume builder and templates. The Pro plan provides access to additional templates and tools as described on our pricing page.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or as a one-time lifetime payment as selected at checkout. All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Service, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been provided. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, please contact us at resumesparkai@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will review your case.

4. AI-Generated Content

Our tools use artificial intelligence to generate resume content, cover letters, and other outputs. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation
• You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before submitting it to employers
• We make no guarantees that use of our tools will result in job interviews or employment offers
• You should not submit AI-generated content that misrepresents your actual qualifications or experience

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to our tools (your resume text, job descriptions, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of generating your requested output. We do not store your resume content beyond your active session.

6. Intellectual Property

The ResumeSparkAI name, logo, website design, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or reproduce our website content without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved from its use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeSparkAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of significant changes.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
